mediavision is a digital creation and development agency based in Montréal. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

When you request a quote: your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you want, the timeline and the address of your current website (optional) and a description of your project.

When you use the chat: the content of your messages and, if you agree to send your question, your name and email.

When you book a call: the information you give directly to the Cal.com booking service.

With your request: the campaign parameters (UTM: source, medium, campaign, content, term and id) present in the address that brought you to the site. They are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of the visit, then attached to your request. We never keep advertising click identifiers.

Only if you allow the analytics category: the landing page (without parameters) and the site you came from (address without parameters), attached to your request. Withdrawing your permission erases them before sending.

We use this information only to answer your request, send you an email confirmation and follow your file. We do not sell it.

The reference period is 24 months after the last interaction. Nothing is deleted or archived automatically: requests and conversations are reviewed regularly and deleted or anonymized manually. You can also ask for their deletion at any time.

UTM parameters kept in session storage disappear when the tab is closed.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Your requests are stored with Supabase, whose database is hosted outside Québec, and emails are sent by Resend. The Cal.com booking service, a third party, loads only when you click “Book a call”; what you enter there is governed by its own terms.

These services may process information outside Québec. We use them only to provide the service described here.

On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice across three categories: essential (always on), analytics (measuring how the site is used) and advertising (no advertising tool is active for now). Before your choice and after a refusal, no measurement tool or third-party measurement script is loaded, and the site works normally.

Your choice (categories, date and text version) is remembered in your browser's local storage, like your theme choice (light or dark). You can change or withdraw it at any time with the “Privacy preferences” button. If a third-party tag container is configured, it is loaded only after you agree.

You can ask for access to your information, its correction or its deletion, or withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information, whose contact details appear at the bottom of each page. We reply within the time set by law.

Access to the administration is limited to individual accounts by invitation. We protect information from its collection to its destruction. In the event of a confidentiality incident, we assess it with the person in charge and act as the law requires.
