The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the head of mediavision. They approve these policies and practices and see that they are applied.

The reference retention period for requests and conversations is 24 months after the last interaction. Nothing is deleted or archived automatically: they are reviewed regularly and deleted or anonymized manually, including linked conversations and email logs.

On request, an authorized person can permanently delete a prospect's information.

Two people have access to the administration, each with an individual account. They view and handle requests, reply to prospects and manage the chatbot. Each action is attributed to its author.

No other access to personal information is granted.

Any complaint is sent to the person in charge, whose contact details appear on the site. They review it and reply within the time set by law. Confidentiality incidents are recorded in a register.
